Are Better Than Nude products sold at any other retailers? 

No. Betterthannudellc.bigcartel.com is the only place where our skincare can be purchased!

 
How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every other week, but restock dates will very depending on the availability of our products.

I placed my order, when will I receive my package?

All orders are sent through USPS first class mail. Please allow up to 21 business days for your order to be processed and 4-6 business days for it to be delivered once it has been shipped.

 

Why is my order taking so long?

All products are handmade by one person, so please be conscious of the work required to fulfill your order.


How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

I emailed customer service. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. This timeframe may be longer during launches and exceptionally busy times of year, such as the holidays. 

 

Do you offer returns?

Due to each item being handmade, all return inquiries should to be made 72 hours after the package has been received. There will be a 50% restocking fee for all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 3 days of receiving your package.


I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at betterthannudellc@gmail.com with your inquiry. 


What is Pre-Shipment? 

Once a label is created, the tracking number is placed in preshipment for packaging and awaits USPS pickup. This step can last up to a week.


Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.
